Dr. Perlman has 20 years experience in the treatment of all acute and reconstructive hand conditions. He has completed fellowships in Microsurgery and Hand Surgery and has a certificate for Added Qualifications in Hand Surgery from the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of the Houston Hand Society, American Society for Surgery of the Hand, American Association of Hand Surgeons, and has presented papers and taught instructional courses to other hand surgeons.
