Dr. Joseph M. Perlman Named as one of Houston's Top Docs in the 2006 Listing of Houston's best Doctors by H Magazine.Tuesday October 17, 10:57 am ET

Certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery with a certificate of added qualification in hand surgery, Dr. Perlman has been a member of the Northwest Harris County medical community for more than 20 years. He is Director and owner of the Advanced Plastic Surgery Centre in Spring, Texas, and affiliated with a number of local, state, and national professional and medical organizations and societies. In addition, Dr. Perlman is on the medical advisory staff of three national companies and holds the distinction of being the only plastic surgeon to serve as a physician for the U.S. Olympic Team.

Perlman's achievements and service to the Houston community include his role as past Chairman of the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce Community Health Committee, serving as a member of Women Helping Women Board of Directors, and Chairman of Helping Hand Foundation. He also serves on the Breast Cancer Advisory Committee of Houston Northwest Medical Center, and is a regular expert contributor to local print and broadcast media.
