A truly novel dermal filler, EVOLENCE® can immediately improve and refresh your appearance by smoothing out and softening unwanted wrinkles and folds, and restoring structure and facial contour in volume-depleted areas.   Perlane® - is a non-invasive treatment tht can be done within an hour (on your lunch break). It is injected into the skin with an ultrafine needle. It plumps the skin to smooth away wrinkles and folds. Perlane®’s water-loving nature attracts and binds water molecules to help maintain volume. Perlane® is composed of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance that already exists in the body. The hyaluronic acid in Perlane® is a crystal clear gel that is chemically cross-linked (the long chemical strands are tied together) to delay breakdown by skin enzymes. Perlane® is non-animal-based and free from animal protein. This quality prevents disease transmission. Dr. Perlman was selected to offer his patients the newest dermal filler, before it is available to the general medical community. This was based on his extensive experience in the use of a variety of dermal fillers and the satisfactory results he's obtained. Juvederm is a hyaluronic based filler that is twice as concentrated as Restylane. It is easy to inject resulting in a smoother distribution and even skin surface. Results in its use in Europe have been very encouraging. This product will be available after November 1st, 2006.   CosmoPlast™ - provides a treatment option for patients who have deep wrinkles between their brows or smile lines from their nose to their mouth.
